My MMORPG history[ | ]
I started back in the days with Ultima Online, first on Lake Superior then on Drachenfels. Left UO after the Felucca/Trammel Patch.
A brief Everquest period followed, never made it far though, I stopped playing EQ shortly after the third expansion (Ruins of Kunark?) with my main char only being level 21.
Then Dark Age of Camelot came and conquered. During my 7+ years on Avalon I saw / participated in almost everything you can do in DAoC, and even some things nobody thought they were possible. I even stayed in DAoC when Blizzard started their big thing.
When Warhammer Online started DAoC was already past its prime and I thought it might be a good idea to move on. Let's just say the 10 months of W.A.R. got messy. Repeated server moves and some backstabbing from my guild burned me pretty bad on guild leadership.
That's how I ended up in Star Trek Online.
