Universal Law is for Lackeys is a player character ground trait.

This trait is only available for player characters.

Detailed information

Each second while in combat, if you did not take damage in the past second, you gain a damage bonus. Otherwise, you gain a boost to your Damage Resistance Rating.

• Each second while in combat:
• If you did take damage in the past second: +3 All Damage Resistance Rating for 10 sec
• If you did not take damage in the past second: +1% Bonus All Damage for 10 sec
• (Must have dealt or been dealt damage within the past 3 seconds)
• (max 10 stacks)

Obtaining

Trait: Universal Law is for Lackeys is obtained through the [Genetic Resequencer - Ground Trait: Universal Law is for Lackeys] pack, which is a random reward of the [Discovery Lock Box]. It can be found on the Exchange in the "Reward Packs" tab by searching for "Universal Law is for Lackeys".

Note

There is only buff symbol for both effects. The stack count doesn't reset when taking damage after gaining offensive stacks. New stacks don't refresh the duration of existing ones, so they drop off one by one.
