Sw descr/Elite Fleet Disruptor are green in color and represent the latest in KDF technology. In addition to the standard 2.5% chance to cause -10% Damage Resistance for 15 seconds, they also have a 2.5% chance to increase damage to the target's shields by 25% for 10 seconds. This comes at the expense of one Modifier. They are available from a KDF Fleet Starbase with a Tier V Industrial Fabricator to players Lieutenant General and above.
