Explaining Level
The STFs can be played in two versions: Rear Admiral or Vice Admiral (on Federation side). The level of the episode, however, is what is described in the journal (press "J"). In that case, you can often encounter enemies of higher level than you. Thus, enemies in a mission such as Khitomer Accord (Vice Admiral) will be two levels higher than the current max cap (for your player). --MatthewM 22:48, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
