Notes

"K'Valk also stated that the federation is said to of defeated one of these weapons long ago. This may be a reference to the Xindi Weapon that was destroyed by the Enterprise NX-01 in season 3 of Star Trek, Enterprise."

It's almost certainly a reference to ST:TOS, Season 2, Episode 6: The Doomsday Machine. Above all, the Doomsday Device clearly is modelled on the Doomsday Machine from that episode, both visually and in its described characteristics and behavior, and there are many parallels between the stories. In particular, K'Valk's tries to reclaim his honor by stealing a shuttle and flying into the maw of the Doomsday Device, much as Commodore Decker ends his guilt and grief by stealing a shuttle and flying into the maw of the Doomsday Machine. --FoolishOwl (talk) 08:35, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

Mission Objectives

Bug: During the first encounter, you can lure the Targ away from her Vor'Cha escort. If you do this, you can disable the ship and board it without destroying the escort before, the mission will continue to the end. However, the mission counter remains at Catch and Release for the rest of the mission. While you might be able to finish off the Doomsday Machine, you will not get your reward. Instead you have to begin the mission from a scratch. Happened to me three very annoying times until I found out. -- 78.34.254.111 13:19, 25 January 2012 (UTC)

Leading Edge Explosives

How exactly does one unlock this accolade? I've already redeemed two Harg'peng Torpedoes, to no avail. Is it bugged, or am I not doing something right? A quick search over the internet doesn't show anyone else reporting issues with this accolade, as far as I can tell. ElTipejoLoco 01:24, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

Nebula Class

When I last played this mission, I noticed a Nebula Class labeled Cheyenne Class Cruiser. Does anyone else get that or is my game just being odd? Vegeta002 14:31, 1 May 2012 (UTC)

Trait reset bug unfixed

I was the one who added the note about the trait reset bug, and about it being fixed for Season 15. Unfortunately, it seems that the newest remastering has unfixed it; I recently ran through it on my main characters, and lo and behold, soon as I started flying the Targ, half my traits were gone.
