I got it, but since the particle physics probably won't be very strong in the majority of STO players, what about this explanation added to the trivia:
Hadron is a pun on the previous bar owner Quark: A hadron is a particle composed of quarks in particle physics. For example, a Neutron is composed of one up and two down quarks.
