This is actually called the "Fleet Tor'Kaht Battle Cruiser Retrofit" ingame at the Ship and Requsition shop, and uses the model of a Tor'Kaht, which is apparently a variant of the Vor'Cha. The ingame fleet window holdings tab Status tab, when you click the Military level 2, also lists it as Fleet Vorcha Retrofit, like the wiki, but this is at odds with the actual ship you can buy at the Ship and Requisitions.
The Ning'Tao is also different from the Ship Requisition, which calls it the Norgh Bird of Prey, and uses the model of a Norgh Bird of Prey. -Jokeshots
Purchasing the Vor'cha Battle Cruiser Retrofit (free level 40 token or 120K Dil), shouldn't give a discount from my understanding, can anyone confirm either way? I don't have the Vor'cha Battle Cruiser Retrofit myself, but Fed side, having the Patrol Escort didn't qualify for a discount on the Fleet Patrol Escort. This from Season 6 Dev Blog #16 seems to indicate that only C-Store T5 ships qualify: "However, if you already own the Tier 5 C-Store Version of a Fleet Ship, you will get a 75% Fleet Ship Module discount to purchase the Fleet version. For instance, the Fleet Heavy Escort Carrier costs Fleet Credits and 4 Fleet Ship Modules, but if you already own the C-Store Heavy Escort Carrier, the Fleet Heavy Escort Carrier will only cost Fleet Credits and ONE (1) Fleet Ship Module."
