Is the name correct? Items usually have upper case starting letters, so I suspect it to be "Combat-Hyper Impulse Engines". If that is correct, please tell me, so I can move it. Author clearly misspelled the item name. It is likely it is bind on pickup because there are no Combat-Hyper engines on the Exchange.--MatthewM 10:35, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
