Talk: Ability: Combat Supply

This ability has been completely reworked with the release of season 8.5, possibly even earlier since these patch notes mention reducing the range at which buffs will spawn from the crate: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=998941 Anyone have any details on the ability such as how many buffs are spawned, if more are spawned with multiple players in the vicinity and indeed if players besides the engi captain who spawned the crate can even pick them up, what the duration of each buff is, and how frequently they're spawned? I can confirm that NPCs can not pick up the buffs.
