If an attacker's Accuracy Rating is greater than a target's Defense Rating, hit chance is 100%. If an attacker's Accuracy Rating is less than a target's Defense Rating, hit chance is calculated as:
100/(100+Defense Rating-Accuracy Rating))
Hit chance can never drop below 25%. Any hit chance in excess of 100% instead grants small bonuses to Critical Chance and Critical Severity.

None directly, however, all abilities and weapons which calculate their hit chance based on the difference between an attacker's Accuracy and the target's Defense, will benefit from this skill.
