The Lobi Crystal Consortium has gotten wind of the festivities being held on Risa for their Lohlunat Festival, and the special availability of the Risian Corvette. In Preparation for the events, they have invested heavily in Risa's ship manufacturing efforts, allowing them to obtain many for the special Risian Lohlunat Pearls, and are willing to sell them to anyone hoping to visit the Pleasure Plant during the festival.
