===Systems=== * Changed how Attribute Sets work to improve server performance. ** For more details, please visit the following forum thread for more details: http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1215741/powers-performance-update-may-16 * Some "Armor Penetration" abilities have undergone an under-the-hood change to the way they are applied to foes and will have zero impact on overall effectiveness of each ability, but does resolve an issue where each effect could sometimes stack momentarily: ** [Pen] weapon mod (space + ground) ** Armor Penetration Skill (space + ground) ** Intelligence Fleet (R1 and R2) ** Enhanced Armor Penetration (Delta Rep T2 Offensive) ** Console - Tactical - Harmonic Resonance Relay ** Subwarp Sheath (Pilot Starship Trait) * Resolved an issue where some speed-boosting abilities were affecting powerboards. * Resolved an issue where players could only get XP from two hourly projects per reputation per day instead of the correct number of three. * Assimilated Tractor Beam no longer references damaging crew. * Subnucleonic Carrier Wave is no longer incorrectly considered to be a Science Bridge Officer ability. * Subterfuge Traits: Resolved a display error causing the damage bonus text to display incorrectly, at too high a value, and not changing based on power Tier. * Cloaking Powers: Resolved a display issue that caused the Decloaking Damage bonus to look like it gains more benefit from Subterfuge than it really does. * Improved Singularity Overcharge and should now actually improve Crit Severity while using Singularity Overcharge. * Omega Force Impulse Engines now properly reduce the recharge time of Slipstream Drive, and can be combined with SSR mods on Warp Cores for additional effect. * Corrected the tooltip for Orbital Chasing Beam I/II/III to remove the extraneous 'for'. * The Strategist Secondary Specialization now has a proper description. * The Romulan Imperial Navy Personal Shield now properly displays Shields as an Allowed Tech Upgrade Type. * The Na'Kuhl Plasma Wave and the associated console can no longer be reflected. * Cleaned up the tooltip of the Temporal Disruption Device to remove saying it has a 100% proc chance. * The Melee damage mod found on various Body Armors will no longer fluctuate in potency when worn. * Emit Unstable Warp Bubble now requires being in combat to use. * Resolved an issue where Boarding Party was not treated as an Engineering Bridge Officer ability by some traits, such as Give Your All. * Give Your All now triggers once per Engineering Bridge Officer ability. * The Magnetoplasma Relays 2-piece set bonus no longer affects weapon recharge speeds. * Inelastic Collisions now triggers once per Shield Healing ability. * [Snare] mods now properly display within a weapon's tooltip. * Accolades from defeating enemies now specify in their passive power descriptions that the damage bonus applies only to that specific enemy type.
