Rare Borg Armor Tech is available from the Normal and Elite Special Task Force mission “Khitomer Accord”.

The Rare Borg Armor Tech is part of a collection of Rare Borg Techs that can be used to obtain Roxy/Veteran Requisitions (Mk XI) for the M.A.C.O. (Ground), Omega Force (Ground), and Honor Guard (Ground) ground equipment sets.
Each piece, Armor, PSG, and Weapon can be requisitioned for 40 Encrypted Data Chips or 1 of the corresponding Rare Borg Techs (i.e. Rare Borg Armor Tech allows you a Veteran Armor Requisition, Rare Borg PSG Tech allows you a Veteran PSG Requisition, and Rare Borg Weapon Tech allows you a Veteran Weapon Requisition).
These items can be turned into requisitions via the Requisition Officer on DS9 located in the Omega Force Pavilion on the Promenade.
