Go To Donatu System

Go to the Donatu system.

Approach Cardassian Station

Upon entering system:

Science Officer:

Sir, we have dropped out of warp and are approaching the designated coordinates.

Magnetic fluctuations in this area are impeding sensor function. I am attempting to compensate.

We must locate the salvaged ship quickly before it has a chance to leave the area.

Locate and destroy the salvaged ship.

Science Report:

Donatu II is a Class J planetoid locked in orbit along with several hundred larger asteroids.

Due to its large iron core and proximity to the local star, there is a significant magnetosphere trapping stellar wind plasma around the planet. The resulting large magnetic field appears to be unstable, Captain. I'm reading numerous flux transfer events ahead of the ship.

We can adjust our shields to compensate, but will put a strain on other primary systems.

After compensating for the magnetic interference, our sensors were able to pick out what appears to be a station in the asteroid belt.

Destroy Salvaged Ship

Upon approaching Cardassian station:

Tactical Officer:

Sir, scans have now pinpointed the Cardassian station along with several Federation and Klingon Empire vessels that were reported destroyed in the war. It appears the reports are accurate and the True Way are attempting to salvage our vessels and use them for their own purposes.

Upon timer activating on salvaged ship:

Tactical Officer:

One of the salvaged ships is powering up. We need to destroy that ship before they have a chance to flee the system!

Locate and destroy the salvaged ship.

I must protest! You have violated a restricted area and killed civilians without provocation or explanation.

Need I remind you that this system is not currently claimed by the Federation? We are not a part of your current squabbles with the Klingons, but we will act to protect ourselves.

I must warn you that reinforcements are on the way. If you do not leave at once, the resulting conflict will be ... unfortunate.

Sir, we recorded several transmissions from the station.

The messages are encrypted, but I was able to determine that the transmissions are being relayed through a substation in the Pi Canis Sector.

I'm attempting to trace the communications to their source, but it may take more resources than we have on the <ship>. However, I'm sure that Drake has access to data that we do not.

Tactical Officer:

We've destroyed the Federation vessel, sir, and we need to report what we've seen here.

The True Way will be calling for reinforcements. Recommend that we leave the system before they arrive.
