<rank>, Starfleet records show that we should have a network of subspace transceivers in this system to pick up starship transponder signals and relay them to Starbase 39-Sierra.

I'm not detecting any signals from the transceivers, however I am picking up drive signatures of Reman ships.

With all of the increased traffic near the Neutral Zone, being able to track where ships are at all times is more important than ever.

If the Remans have been sending cloaked ships to damage the transceivers, it could leave us blind to a possible threat.
