In Omar System Patrol Klingons illegally mine the resources of the Omar System and have to be removed forcibly.

Synopsis

Upon entering the system, the ship's Tactical officer informs the player about the situation and that Starfleet Command authorizes to use any means necessary to remove the KDF presence. Five mining stations and their guarding vessels have to be destroyed, thus freeing the Omar System from the Empire's grip.

Outline

Mission Text

Captain, the Klingons have set up automated mining stations to plunder the resources of this system. The Federation doesn't need them stealing our dilithium, so Starfleet Command wants those mining operations shut down ... permanently.

Our orders are to patrol the asteroid field and destroy any Klingon facilities we find. We are "weapons free" for this mission, sir -- you are authorized to use whatever force you deem necessary.
