In Explore the D'kel Star Cluster, the player's vessel is sent to enforce Klingon sovregnty over the D'kel Star Cluster.

This mission is an introduction to the exploration missions in the D'kel Star Cluster. Completing it by traveling there will provide access to the missions “D'kel Nebula Exploration: Lieutenant Commander” and (eventually) “D'kel Nebula Exploration: Commander”.

The D'kel Star Cluster is an area that has been recently claimed by the Klingon Empire. It is the task of the KDF to explore this new area and convince its residents to bend knee to their new rulers.
Head to the southern border of in Qu'Vat Sector Space and contact Lt. Atonone for your orders.
