Commander Kelly is the officer in charge of repelling a Borg attack at the Vega Colony on Vega IX.
Missions involved[ | ]
- “The Price of Liberty”: The player is ordered to beam down to help Kelly defend the colonists.
- “Assimilation”: Kelly sends the player to gather equipment from Ensign Byarnez and then to rescue colonists from the hands of the Collective. After seeing the player performing well, Kelly gives the order to shut down a well guarded Borg structure, possibly used by the Borg to call for reinforcements.
- “Khitomer Accord”: Kelly doesn't have weapons strong enough to take on the Borg and gets crates of phaser rifles from your ship to help repel the Borg.
