Karebbah was an Admiral who functioned as the representative of the Federation Diplomatic Corps (FDC) at Deep Space 9. She was located on the upper level of the promenade but was removed during the redesign of DS9 in Victory is Life.
FDC Voting[ | ]
Karebbah was intended to be main contact for the FDC's Special Envoy Voting System. At the top of every hour players who had reached Level 4 Diplomacy could vote for one of three special envoys to appear, each of which sold special items, e.g., Transwarp tokens or Critical Components.
However, this system was broken very early on. Only one envoy was every available and the rewards were unusable. Karebbah ceased to be interactive in any form from as early as 2013.
