It is a random drop from the [Hirogen Lock Box], [Infinity Lock Box] and can be purchased from the Zen Store for 300. This item can be used by all factions, but the received duty officers will depend on what faction you belong to.
During special Infinity promotional events Promotional Duty Officer Packs become available.

Each Gamma Quadrant Duty Officer Cadre will include:
- 4 Common (or better) Duty Officers
- 3 Uncommon (or better) Duty Officers
- 2 Rare (or better) Duty Officer
- A bonus item!

- Originally introduced in 2012 as a Zen Store item this pack was replaced with the Reinforcements Duty Officer Pack June 21, 2012 becoming unavailable to obtain. Several other duty officer packs since then have been put into the Zen Store in a similar manner. The pack was brought back on consoles (PS4/XB1) in November of 2016.
- Prior to the March 19th, 2020 patch, this pack only awarded 7 doffs, and also offered a chance of 4 Fleet Ship Modules. Removal of the FSMs has increased the chance of receiving the starship traits.
