Mining Pods are maneuerable and lightly armed vessels of Deferi design. Ships of this class frequent the Kelvani Belt and attack any invading Breen Confederacy ship. However, they are not match for the Breen and get easily destroyed. Their design is the same as that of the Mining Bot.

- “Aid the Deferi”: The lightly armed Mining Pods can be found in the Kelvani System, especially close to the mining outpost. Breen ships, such as a Plesh Brek Frigate, will destroy them with ease if encountered.
