The Federation Elite Starter Pack, Klingon Defense Force Elite Starter Pack and Romulan Legacy Elite Starter Pack are Zen Store bundles that contain a number of slots, equipment, a bridge officer, a uniform and a starship. Each pack costs 2000 
and may only be claimed once per account, though the uniform and starship are account-wide unlocks. They can be found in the Starter Packs tab of the Zen Store. Your character must have completed the tutorial to claim these items.

Each pack contains the following:
- 12 Inventory slots
- 12 Bank slots
- 2 Bridge Officer slots
- 14 Mk II Very Rare space gear
- 7 Mk II Very Rare ground gear
As well as the following depending on which faction pack, see below:
- One bridge officer candidate
- An account-wide uniform unlock
- An account-wide Tier 6 playable starship

This pack is only available for Starfleet characters.

Notes[ | ]
- The Reliant, Kor and Malem are the 25th-century versions of the standard tutorial starships: the Miranda-class Light Cruiser, B'rel-class Bird-of-Prey and T'liss Light Warbird, respectively.
- Due to the inclusion of the Reliant, the Federation Elite Starter Pack breaks the T6 Cross Faction Advanced Light Cruiser Bundle from the Zen Store; you will have to purchase the QeHpu'-class Advanced Light Battlecruiser and Deleth-class Advanced Light Warbird Battlecruiser separately in the future.
- Similarly, due to the inclusion of the Kor and Malem, the Klingon Defense Force and Romulan Legacy Elite Starter Packs break the T6 Cross Faction Escort Bundle from the Zen Store; however, the Valiant-class Tactical Escort is also available from the Federation Fleet Admiral Faction Pack.
- These starter packs were released on October 17th 2019, and replaced the former Federation Starter Pack, Klingon Defense Force Starter Pack and Romulan Legacy Starter Pack, which are now only available on PS4 and Xbox One.
- These packs are slated to be released on console in the future, whereupon the current starter packs are expected to be retired there as well.
