Cryo Grenade throws a grenade at the target. The grenade explodes on contact, dealing area of effect kinetic damage and cold damage over time. It is possible for the target to move away from the blast radius while the grenade is in transit. A freezing patch lingers in the explosion area, slowing and damaging anyone that enters. If effected by the cold for too long the target will become incased in ice and held. Shields drastically reduce the effects of kinetic damage.
The Cryo Grenade scales to the player using it. The level of the thrown grenade corresponds to the player's level (here, item stats correspond to a player at level 51).
