Pull Foe;Self Heals Dmg Foe;Foe Dmg Heals Self
: Tether your starship to a selected foe,which will gradually pull them toward you. While tethered in this way, a portion of any healing applied to your starship will cause radiation damage to tethered foe, while a portion of any damage dealt to that same foe will restore portion of your hull. This effect cannon trigger its own effect.
