The Temporally Shielded Datacore is a Ship Science Console that improves resistance against Kinetic and Physical Damage. It also increases the Exotic Particle Generator and Control Expertise skills.

Game Description

This datacore is specially shielded to protect its contents from disturbances and alterations to the timeline. Shielding data in this method ensures records will be kept even when the ship's crew forgets all aspects of the temporal alteration's existence. Temporal shielding has the added benefits of protecting against the effects of accelerated entropic decay and impacts, such as from torpedo fire or accidentally dropping the datacore down a Jefferies tube.

This item may be freely upgraded to Mk XII.

The Temporal Shielded Datacore is a reward for the Future Proof mission “Temporal Reckoning”.
