The Colorful Party Horn is one of several rewards that the player can choose from after completing the “Omega Molecule Stabilization” mission given by Q during the 5 Year Anniversary Event.
The Party Horn gives no benefit. Rather it serves as a comical gift and a way to show participation during the 5 Year Anniversary event. It allows the player to randomly generate a number of different effects.
Players with Graphics settings lowered will see no effects.
