Overview

The Timeline Stabilizer is capable increasing the flow of time inside and outside of the player's starship. It is generated by [Console - Universal - Timeline Stabilizer].

• Game Description: While this toggle is active, nearby enemies will have their flight speed and turn rate dramatically reduced, and their recharge times significantly increased. For each second an enemy remains within this field player will gain a small boost to flight speed, turn rate and firing rate as well as a reduction to bridge officer and captain ability recharge times, per target affected. This effect stacks up to 20 times.
