Ability: Saucer Separation

Overview

Saucer Separation is an ability that detaches the saucer section of the ship, allowing both the stardrive section and the saucer section to fight enemies. When this ability is active, the ship loses most of it's crew, dramatically altering the repair rates, but it gains a large boost in maneuverability. If an enemy is targeted, the saucer section will focus on that enemy, using it's abilities when necessary. When no enemy is targeted, the saucer section will support the player with firepower and random support skills.

It should be noted that when the saucer section is detached, it is equipped with one fore and one rear phaser array, and has the abilities Emergency Power to Shields and Engineering Team.
