The Valkis-class Temporal Heavy Dreadnought Warbird is a Lieutenant (Tier 6) level scaling Dreadnought Warbird. This ship is available to Romulan Republic players during the recurring "Infinity R&D Promotion!" event by opening a [Promotion! - Research & Development Pack] for a low chance of getting the Tier-6 Choice Pack, with the Valkis-class Temporal Heavy Dreadnought Warbird as one of the options. It can also be found on the exchange.

This starship can be used from any level, upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Overview[edit | edit source]

The largest Romulan capital ship ever built, the Valkis-class Temporal Heavy Dreadnought Warbird was a crucial element in the timeline that led to the 26th century Alliance victory at the Battle of Procyon V.

A Valkis-class vessel above New Khitomer

Temporal Heavy Dreadnoughts are colossal starships designed to function as both mobile starbase and a forward battle station. These ponderous behemoths are very slow to maneuver, but offer tremendous firepower, unparalleled durability and the capability to launch combat support vessels. These starships feature an Energy Distributor which boosts power levels of nearby allies and empowers the built-in Gravitic Lance.

Alternative Variants[edit | edit source]

Class Information
Ship Variant - ROM - Valkis Temporal Heavy Dreadnought Warbird (T6).png
The colossal Valkis-class represents the Romulan Republic of the 26th century. While the classic Warbird design influence is visible in the shape of ship's head section and feather patterns on ship's wings, the Valkis bears similarities to another vessel of its time - Starfleet's Universe-class.

Carrier Commands[edit source]

Molecular Reconstruction

Temporal Starships are capable of making subtle alterations on the molecular level through the use of Molecular Reconstruction. This technology allows the starship to assume 1 of 3 different Configurations: Offensive, Defensive and Support.

(+Max Engine Power, +Turn, +Flight Speed, -Incoming Hull Healing)
(+Max Shield Power, +Incoming Hull Healing, -Turn, -Flight Speed)
(+Max Auxiliary Power, +Exotic Damage, +Control Strength, -Energy Weapon Damage)

Each of the configurations generates its own specific counter, which is then used to fuel the Molecular Deconstruction Beam.

(Scaling Physical DoT, Heals Hull, Disable)

Singularity[edit source]

Romulan Warbird vessels come with built-in Singularity abilities. These abilities do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Warbirds. These powers build in severity based on the charge built up by the ship's Singularity Core.

Special Features[edit | edit source]

The Valkis-class Temporal Heavy Dreadnought Warbird comes with built-in Energy Distributor and Gravitic Lance‎.

Energy Distributor is a passive ability which grants a small power level bonus to the Temporal Heavy Dreadnought and up to 4 allies within 5km. Additionally, for each ally affected (including yourself) you will generate 1 Cycled Energy Charge, once every few seconds. These charges are used to empower the Gravitic Lance.

Gravitic Lance is an active ability capable of dealing heavy Radiation damage, lingering damage over time and causes a massive power drain to all enemies hit.

Standard configuration[edit | edit source]

These starships come with standard equipment and weapons of the lowest mark available at the ship's minimum rank. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style.

Scaling Starship[edit source]

This starship's equipment slots, base hull capacity and shield capacity scale as your level increases.

Equipment Slot Scaling[edit source]

As you rank up every 10 levels, up to level 40, the ship's forward weapon slots, aft weapon slots, tactical console slots, engineering console slots, and science console slots will slowly increase toward endgame capabilities:

Level Console tac icon.png Console eng icon.png Console sci icon.png Fore weapons Aft weapons
0-9 2 2 1 2 2
10-19 2 2 2 3 2
20-29 3 3 2 3 3
30-39 3 3 3 4 4
40+ 4 4 3

Hull Strength Scaling[edit source]

This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (1.55 for the Valkis-class Temporal Heavy Dreadnought Warbird), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.
