Here are the Key Binds I use, they're somewhat different from the defaults and their goal is to maximise the number of actions that can be performed whilst minimising the need for the right hand to leave the mouse and left hand to move around the keyboard.
This is possible in ground combat, but the number of abilities in endgame space combat means that the left hand has to travel the number row in order to use certain powers. This could be optimised by using the numeric keypad (though ergonomically uncomfortable), an external numeric keypad, or a dedicated gaming pad such as the Logitech G13.
