Orbital Cutting Tractor Beam
Uses shipboard Borg tech to fire a Cutting Tractor Beam that will chase down your primary targets, dealing massive damage in the area of effect. Fallen enemies struck by the beam will produce a combat buff available for pickup.
The Cutting Tractor Beams used by the Borg are capable of stripping entire cities. While reverse engineered versions aren't as powerful, they retain the eerie precision. Orbital strikes with the weapons prove useful in ground combat. Even as extracted technology is pulled into orbit, elements of it remain on the ground for use by the away team personnel.
