Soldier is a player character ground trait.

Game description: Ground Trait. Increases the damage and critical hit damage of your ranged weapons. All attacks have a chance to do bonus damage. This is called a Critical Hit. This trait increases the damage done when you successfully land a Critical Hit.
Species that can have the trait: Alien, Bajoran, Gorn, Human, Nausicaan, Pakled, Reman, Romulan, Saurian, Tellarite
