Empathic Reverberation is a player character ground reputation trait.

Grants a chance to reflect Energy Damage when hit in ground combat. Chance is doubled versus Psionic Damage. This effect cannot be triggered more than once every 10 seconds.

Available from Tier III with 8472 Counter Command

• When hit by Energy attacks, you have a 5% chance to reflect 50% of incoming Energy damage back at the attacker. Also grants a 10% chance to reflect Psionic Damage.

Rank II

Available from Tier VI with 8472 Counter Command

• When hit by Energy attacks, you have a 5% chance to reflect 62.5% of incoming Energy damage back at the attacker. Also grants a 10% chance to reflect Psionic Damage.

Empathic Reverberation is a player character ground reputation trait.

This trait is only available for player characters.
