Just a few thoughts on this templat. Firstly, I understand why size was reduced to match other header templates - it looks better if there is already one header template on the page. But if this template is the only one on the page, like on the Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier (T6), it breaks the text at the awkward position - it would look better if the whole sentence is in one row.
I think we should simplify it and drop the border+grey background, disambiguation icon is enough to hint what kind of information follows. For example, text on top of the Tzenkethi Tzen-tar Dreadnought Carrier page is subtle, which I prefer because I don't think it needs attention the border+background gives.
