Creates an infobox for duty officer assignments.

Usage:

Repeatable must be either yes or no. Faction must be Starfleet or Klingon or Both, capitalized as such.

All of the rewards parameters — sp (Skillpoints), bosp (Expertise a.k.a Bridge Officer Skillpoints),fm (Fleet Marks), rm (Romulan Marks), merits, honor, boe1, boe2, boe3, and boe4 — are optional. If all are omitted, the "Rewards" section is omitted altogether.

If the assignment doesn't belong or rewards with commendation points then don't input values/texts to commendation and cxp. (an example of assignments without Commendation rewards are the New Romulus assignments)
