Reset[]

Is it possible to reset the reputation system?

Table changes[]

I think my version is a bit easier to grasp, the new reputation xp values still need to be updated (besides the 100k for t5 I couldn't remember the other tiers while not being ingame). Another thing I noticed that the shield heal values seem a bit 'off target'. Looks like the good old space abilities while on ground and ground abilities while in space display bug though. In addition I think we had some standard (space) shield and ship to use to get 'normalized' values which I unfortunately don't recall either. Must be some ship with 1.0 shield modifier though, just don't remember the shield we usually used. --Dukedom 10:04, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

Reputation Bonus Event[]

How big is the bonus during the Reputation Bonus Event? 25%? 33%? 50%? MikeWard1701 13:48, 11 January 2013 (UTC)

Not sure the amount...but i believe it depends on which difficulty you choose for what stf or pve mission.(the random guest)

I think the amount is 25%? For instance a 60 Omega Mark standard reward for an elite STF, in the rep event grants 75 Omega Marks. Rayfire User-FED-Sig 16:44, 13 May 2013 (UTC)

I'm not certain that it doesn't scale, but a flat 25% seems consistent with what I've noticed. --Eklinaar (talk) 16:53, 13 May 2013 (UTC)

Well one thing I've certainly noticed is that there is a ranking system, so the person who comes in first in the STF will get more than the person who comes in last. I've come in last on the bonus event hour and gotten 75 marks plus the 15 from the optional, and then I've must've come in first on another one where we got the optional and then I received 125 marks at the end and that specifically was NOT on the bonus event. So it's a bit difficult to tell what is flat rate and what is bonus. Rayfire User-FED-Sig 03:42, 14 May 2013 (UTC)

Light, Heavy, and Dual Heavy Romulan Cannons?[]

Are we sure there are three types? I wouldn't waste my time buying everything available, but the only listed options for store unlocks in my game are Beam Arrays, Single Cannons, and Dual Cannons. It sounds like they don't even have Dual Heavy, but I would like someone who did buy dual to tell me if I am wrong. Degrelecence 02:09, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

Rank 5 projects[]

Can someone who's wiki-fu is better than mine, put a note on the hourly project II, that that project is only available once you hit Rank 5 in the respective reputation track. Thanks 86.20.65.68 00:11, 23 July 2014 (UTC)

Question about Rep mark icon placeholders for pages[]

I just noticed (again, as with every new rep since dyson) that there is no {{}} placeholder/icon/whatsoever for the new marks, like we have Omega Marks or Romulan Marks. I wanted to add those, but figured i have no idea what those pages are and how to create them. Theoretically shouldnt be to big of an issue since the icons already exist on this page. --Iye007 (talk) 02:06, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

I just created it, check Template:TemporalMarks to see how it is made, use {{TemporalMarks}} to get the icon Temporal Marks. Dyson and Delta marks have same abbreviation DM, so newer marks use template with longer name. --Damixon (talk) 13:13, 28 August 2016 (UTC)
Nice to know. ty! I shall start updating some pages :) --Iye007 (talk) 19:15, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

Structure[]

It seems a little weird that we don't have dedicated pages to each of the reputations, and instead have their information spread over this page, the projects page (combined), the rewards page (combined) and the store page (individual). I think it would make more sense to have a page for each rep with all the relevant information on it, e.g.;

  • Task Force Omega reputation system
    • Missions and zones
    • Store
    • Rewards
    • Projects

Is there a specific reason for the current system / anyone mind if I shake it up?Scientifictheory (talk) 19:37, 2 July 2018 (UTC)

The reason would be that splitting the page with only four reputations made not much sense back in 2014. If you have the time and energy knock yourself out. --Dukedom (talk) 08:01, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
