Hitting Tier V with Dyson Joint Command[]
Section might not be up to date: I recently hit Tier 5 (with a KDF recruit) and I directly got the expertise, the Dyson Sphere Marks, the Voth Cybernetic Implants and Dilithium Ore without having to complete Unsaid Thanks (which only rewards the Voth Bridge Officer candidate).
