The T'liss Temporal Warbird is a Subadmiral (Tier 6) level scaling Warbird. This ship is available to Romulan Republic players during the recurring "Infinity R&D Promotion!" event by opening a [Promotion! - Research & Development Pack] for a low chance of getting the Tier-6 Choice Pack, with the T'liss Temporal Warbird as one of the options. It can also be found on the exchange.

This starship can be used from any level, upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Overview[edit | edit source]

The T'liss-class vessel is easily recognizable by a bird design painted on its hull

The T'liss-class is the fastest, lightest, and most maneuverable Warbird class available.

The T'liss-class dates back to the 23rd Century, where one served as the flagship of the Romulan Star Empire. They are relatively simplistic in design, and feature a unique paint scheme depicting a bird of prey on the underside.

The pride of the Imperial fleet, the old T'liss-class design has been brought back to the front lines by the Romulan Republic. Outfitted with a wide range of Temporal Operative abilities and the powerful Molecular Reconstruction, the T'liss-class Temporal Warbird is a perfect choice for thwarting Envoy's plans in the 23rd century. Its Enhanced Romulan Battle Cloak provides a keen edge in the field, and the ominous device within gives its captain access to the deceptive Corbomite Maneuver.

Alternative Variants[edit | edit source]

Class Information
Ship Variant - ROM - T'varo Light Warbird (T1).png
The T'varo-class is based on a design used during the 22nd century. They are similar in design to the T'liss, but with sharper edges and a more dagger-like appearance. T'varo follows standard avian-like design lineage of other Romulan vessels.

Ship Variant - ROM - Malem Light Warbird (T6).png

The Malem-class is a new Light Warbird variant built by the Romulan Republic in 2410. The Malem follows the standard avian-like design of the original Romulan warbird, but also keeps up with modern design trends, featuring smoother and more organic lines and edges.

Abilities[edit | edit source]

Universal Consoles[edit | edit source]

The T'liss Temporal Warbird comes equipped with the [Console - Universal - Ominous Device].

Ominous Device allows the player to execute the Corbomite Maneuver

As a T'varo-class variant, the T'liss Temporal Warbird can also equip consoles part of the Enhanced Projectile Efficiency Set, which includes [Console - Universal - Singularity Stabilizer] and [Console - Universal - Plasma Destabilizer] obtainable with T'varo Light Warbird (T1) and T'varo Light Warbird Retrofit (T5) For each console added after the first, an additional passive bonus is unlocked.

Despite being a T'varo T5+ variant, Malem Light Warbird (T6)'s [Console - Universal - Plasma Warhead Module] is not equippable on this vessel.

Specialization Seating[edit | edit source]

The T'liss Temporal Warbird features two specialist seats:

  • Commander Tactical/Temporal Operative Commander Tactical/Temporal Operative
  • Lieutenant Commander Universal/Pilot Lieutenant Commander Universal/Pilot
Innate Enhanced Battle Cloak allows the T'liss-class to fire projectiles while cloaked

Romulan Enhanced Battle Cloak

The T'liss Temporal Warbird has an enhanced battle cloak that allows the ship to cloak during combat, granting stealth and a damage bonus upon decloaking. The enhanced cloak also allows the use of mines, torpedoes, and most Bridge Officer and Captain abilities while remaining cloaked.

Experimental Weapon[edit source]

The T'liss Temporal Warbird comes with an Experimental Weapon slot. This additional slot does not fit standard weapons. Unlike standard starship weapons, Experimental weapons are not affected by weapon firing modes, such as those granted by bridge officer abilities.

A full Temporal starship, the T'liss-class Warbird is outfitted with Molecular Reconstruction

Molecular Reconstruction[edit source]

Temporal Starships are capable of making subtle alterations on the molecular level through the use of Molecular Reconstruction. This technology allows the starship to assume 1 of 3 different Configurations: Offensive, Defensive and Support.

(+Max Engine Power, +Turn, +Flight Speed, -Incoming Hull Healing)
(+Max Shield Power, +Incoming Hull Healing, -Turn, -Flight Speed)
(+Max Auxiliary Power, +Exotic Damage, +Control Strength, -Energy Weapon Damage)

Each of the configurations generates its own specific counter, which is then used to fuel the Molecular Deconstruction Beam.

(Scaling Physical DoT, Heals Hull, Disable)

Singularity[edit source]

Romulan Warbird vessels come with built-in Singularity abilities. These abilities do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Warbirds. These powers build in severity based on the charge built up by the ship's Singularity Core.

Standard Configuration[edit | edit source]

Romulan starships come with standard equipment and weapons of the lowest mark available at the ship's minimum rank. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style.

Scaling Starship[edit source]

This starship's equipment slots, base hull capacity and shield capacity scale as your level increases.

Equipment Slot Scaling[edit source]

As you rank up every 10 levels, up to level 40, the ship's forward weapon slots, aft weapon slots, tactical console slots, engineering console slots, and science console slots will slowly increase toward endgame capabilities:

Level Console tac icon.png Console eng icon.png Console sci icon.png Fore weapons Aft weapons
0-9 2 1 2 3 1
10-19 2 2 2 4 1
20-29 3 2 3 4 2
30-39 3 3 3 5 2
40+ 4 3 4

Hull Strength Scaling[edit source]

This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (1.15 for the T'liss Temporal Warbird), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.

Hull scaling table
Level Multiplier Hull HP Level Multiplier Hull HP Level Multiplier Hull HP Level Multiplier Hull HP
0 1 11500 20 2 23000 40 3 34500 60 4 46000

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Acquiring the T'liss Temporal Warbird unlocks the T'liss Ship Material for all T'varo-class variants.
