Details
This skill improves the duration of your Hold and Disable abilities, such as Tractor Beam and the disabling effects from Viral Matrix, Charged Particle Burst and Tricobalt Devices. This skill also improves subsystem disable duration from abilities which target subsystems (but not the power drain).
Science Captains who learn 6 ranks of this skill unlock the ability to train Bridge Officers in Photonic Shockwave III.
