Starship Maneuvers is a Tier 3 Tactical skill available to all Starfleet and KDF Commanders. Each increment of this skill costs 2,000 skillpoints.

This skill improves your Starship's Defense value. The higher your Defense, the harder you are for an enemy to hit. Accuracy can counter a ship's Defense value.
Tactical Captains who learn 6 ranks of this skill unlock the ability to train Bridge Officers in Attack Pattern Beta III.
It is not confirmed if Starship Maneuvers and Starship Targeting Systems increase proportionally to each other (i.e. That 1 increment of Starship Maneuvers is equal and inverse to 1 increment of Starship Targeting Systems).
