This skill improves: Starship Defence: 0.5% x Starship Combat Maneuvers stat (Max from this skill: 15%) Starship Turnrate: 0.5% x Starship Maneuvers stat (Max 15%)
Also improves abilities that use Star Ship Combat Maneuver stat.
