Cryo Stasis Field
Cryo Stasis Field puts the target in a fragile hold state, and causes the target to take cold damage for a short duration. The hold renders them unable to take any action. Any non-periodic damage to the target can break the fragile hold. Targets receive hold resistance upon expiration of the hold.
