Biotech Carapace
You stimulate the growth of a biotech covering on the target (or yourself) which will grant the target vastly increased hitpoint regeneration for the duration. While active, it also boosts their resistance to all Toxic effects and renders them immune to the assimilation techniques of the Borg (though it cannot be used on those already assimilated - they are too far gone).
Only affects biological organisms. Attempting to use this ability on turrets and other constructs will have no effect.
