It now gives the player and nearby allied players Armor Penetration for 15 seconds, based on the number of allies hit. Resolved an issue that resulted in the Gamma Recruit task of "Reach level 5 in a Crafting School" giving out Federation Duty Officers when Klingon aligned.
The task reward will now properly give out Klingon Duty Officers.
Klingon aligned Gamma Recruits that had already claimed the Federation Duty Officers will be able to claim the box again to receive the Duty Officers. Cardassian Captains are now immune to the Vulcan nerve pinch.
