Tuning has been made to provide a more interesting challenge for Advanced difficulty in PvE queues.
The Azure Nebula Rescue (Advanced) is the first queue which has been updated with these changes in order to allow players to give feedback on this queue before making changes to all PvE Advanced queues.
These changes to Azure Nebula Rescue (Advanced) are:
Each point earned for rescuing ships is now worth 1 mark.
Optional Mission Step 1: Rescue 10 points Worth of Ships in 5 Minutes.
Optional Mission Step 2: Rescue 10 points worth of Ships in 4 Minutes.
Mission Failure: Players are required to rescue at least one ship.
Resolved an issue that was causing some Disruptor Cannons to benefit less from this power than intended.
Plasma, Phaser, and Disruptor Quad Cannons now use correct FX and Icons when using this ability.
Accuracy and Critical Hit bonuses reduced:
Rank 1 = unchanged 20%
Rank 2 = reduced from +30% to +26%
Rank 3 = reduced from +40% to +32%
Damage multipliers reduced:
Rank 1 = base multiplier reduced by ~10%
Rank 2 = base multiplier reduced by ~16.8%
Rank 3 = base multiplier reduced by ~21.5%
Viral Torpedo: The Disable caused by this effect is now subject to Resistances, which will reduce the duration of the Disable effect.
This effect will also respect any Disable Immunity the target may have.
The Experimental Proton Weapon no longer fires outside its arc when Fire at Will is active.
Resolved an issue that was causing Suppression Barrage to add Accuracy, instead of debuffing it.
Reduced magnitude of Accuracy debuff applied by Suppression Barrage from 25%/50%/100% to 25%/35%/50%.
Resolved an issue that was preventing the [SA -Def] Secondary Deflector effect from properly applying to all targets.
Resolved an issue that was causing many Personal Armor items to gain more resistances than they would lose, when +Armor items were equipped elsewhere on the character.
Inhibiting Secondary Deflector's radiation damage is now enhanced by Starship Particle Generators skill.
Resolved an issue with the Ferengi Missile Launcher that was causing the basic firing more to fire a Photon Torpedo instead of a Ferengi Missile.
Also added "Transport Warhead" functionality to this torpedo.
Players with copies of the items [Enhanced Engineering Systems] and [Enhanced Maneuvering Systems] should now find the items disappear no more than 2 minute after logging in, removing themselves from their bags.
This should clean up any remaining copies of these deprecated items.
Debilitating Secondary Deflector's radiation periodic damage has been adjusted slightly.
It is no longer enhanced by Auxilliary power.
Its base effectiveness was adjusted to compensate.
Resolved an issue that was causing the [AMP] Warp Core mod to benefit from other +Damage effects, including itself.
Resolved a tooltip error on all Thoron Infused Quantum Mines that was preventing the proc effect from displaying.
