Prototype Borg Shield Tech is available from the Elite Special Task Force mission “Infected”.

The Prototype Borg Shield Tech is part of a collection of Rare Borg Techs that can be used to obtain Roxy/Veteran Requisitions (Mk XII) for the M.A.C.O. (Space), Omega Force (Space), and Honor Guard (Space) ship equipment sets.
Each piece, Shield, Deflector, and Engine can be requisitioned with 1 of the corresponding Prototype Borg Techs (i.e. Prototype Borg Shield Tech allows you a Elite Shield Requisition, Prototype Borg Deflector Tech allows you a Elite Deflector Requisition, and Prototype Borg Engine Tech allows you an Elite Engine Requisition).
These items can be turned into requisitions via the Requisition Officer on DS9 located in the Omega Force Pavilion on the Promenade.
