Prototype Borg Engine Tech is available from the Elite Special Task Force mission “The Cure”.

The Prototype Borg Engine Tech is part of a collection of Prototype Borg Techs that can be used to obtain Roxy/Veteran Requisitions (Mk XII) for the M.A.C.O. (Space), Omega Force (Space), and Honor Guard (Space) ship equipment sets.
Each piece, Shield, Deflector, and Engine can be requisitioned with 1 of the corresponding Prototype Borg Techs (i.e. Prototype Borg Shield Tech allows you a Elite Shield Requisition, Prototype Borg Deflector Tech allows you a Elite Deflector Requisition, and Prototype Borg Engine Tech allows you a Elite Engine Requisition).
These items can be turned into requisitions via the Requisition Officer on DS9 located in the Omega Force Pavilion on the Promenade.
