Power Cell

A Power Cell is a small hand-held device that provides a short duration energy damage buff. There are three main types of power cells in the game :

- These items can be obtained from the “Assemble Power Cell Pack” assignment, in a Pack (the amount depends on assignment success and will be only 1 type each time).
