Phaser Stun Pistol (Dsc)s are ranged ground weapons. They fire a steady beam that inflicts energy damage at a single target. They have a secondary fire mode that holds a single target.
Discovery-era Phasers have a chance to stun the target and reduce their run speed.

Obtained

These weapons can be obtained by purchasing the Age of Discovery Starter Pack, which unlocks them for all characters on your account.

Damage[edit source]

The weapon will automatically level until your captain reaches level 40 up to and including Mark IX, however Mark will not be shown in the weapon's name. Beyond that, you may upgrade the weapon to Mk X [Dmg]x2 for free, after which further upgrading is possible as for any other upgradable Rare weapon of Mark X.

All values given are for Common rarity weapons. There is greater damage with increasing rarity.

Performance[edit | edit source]

Modifiers[edit | edit source]

Phaser Stun Pistol is always initially obtained as a Rare item with implied [Dmg]x2 that are not shown in weapon's name until it is upgraded to Mk X. Further upgrades are possible adding further modifiers, whereby Very Rare will have three, and Ultra Rare will have four. Epic adds a fifth unique modifier.

Standard Modifiers: Can appear multiple times (e.g. [Dmg]x2, [CrtH]x3, [CrtD]x4, etc)

  • CrtD: +20 Critical Severity
  • CrtH: +2% Critical Chance
  • Dmg: +X Damage
Can appear only once (e.g. [DoT3], [KB3], etc.)
  • DoT3: 2.5% chance: X Radiation Damage per sec for 15 sec in a 10m radius
  • KB3: 5% chance: Knocks the target back +10 meters, 2.5% chance: Knocks back all foes +5 meters in a 8 meter radius

Epic Modifier: All ground weapons upgraded to Epic quality receive:

  • Dm/CrH: +X Damage, +X% Critical Chance
