Obtained
Phased Tetryon space weapons can be obtained from the [Special Equipment Pack - Phased Tetryon Weapons], which has a chance to drop from the [Tholian Lock Box].
Modifiers
Rare Phased Tetryon weapons (space) will have one modifier suffix, Very Rare will have two, and Ultra Rare will have three. The additional proc can be considered the missing modifier. Epic adds a fourth unique modifier.
Standard Modifiers: Can appear multiple times (e.g. [Acc]x2, [CrtH]x2, etc.)
